Most Autodesk dealers will not
only sell you an Autodesk Product but are quite
happy to sell you a telephone support contract
as well. We do not do this at Key Systems. When
you purchase an Autodesk Product from Key
Systems we will offer telephone support for the
life of the product at no extra cost.
So when making your AutoCAD
purchase, factor in the cost of telephone
support, over a number of years this could add
up to a significant extra cost.
Autodesk has released Update 1 for AutoCAD Map
3D 2010, AutoCAD 2010
and AutoCAD LT 2010. This is a maintenance
update with improvements and fixes for other
issues raised directly by end users through the
Customer Error Reporting Utility. The update's
can be downloaded from the web page's found at
